🚧 Exciting Update! 🚧 The first concrete piles for the new Shands Bridge have arrived! 🛳️ Thirteen 30-inch square piles floated down the St. Johns River from Gate Precast in Jacksonville to the First Coast Expressway construction site in Green Cove Springs. Deliveries will continue for the next few years, including 60-inch cylinder piles from Savannah, GA. In total, 924 concrete piles will be used to build this new bridge just south of the existing Shands Bridge. Stay tuned for more updates! �
