My favorite superset I've been training with lately on chest day is the Incline DB Chest Fly for 8 - 10 reps and then I immediately roll over, hit the floor and try to get 8 to 10 push-ups. Now like I said in the video, the Incline DB Chest Fly is an exercise you use as a warm-up or AFTER heavy bench pressing. So by the time I get here my chest is already absolutely thrashed from heavy benching. So my arms are literally shaking as I do the push-ups due to my body being in such a state of fatigue

It's one of the few exercises where you can overload your triceps like crazy for a killer workout! Now some of you might prefer a cable ticeps pushdown because it puts less strain on your shoulders.
