These Butter Pecan Cookies are crisp around the edges and chewy in the middle. They’re made with brown sugar, toasted buttered pecans and are insanely delicious. They only take 10 minutes to bake and require no dough chill time. Find the full recipe on my blog, simplecookingwithpep.com. The cornstarch and the baking soda in these cookies help to contribute to the chewy texture of the cookies. The buttered pecans are made by combining the pecans with butter and brown sugar, then cooked for a coup

#ad These amazing Butter Pecan Cookies are a symphony of salty, sweet, nutty deliciousness. I elevated them with Kerrygold for an even richer taste and took that to the next level by browning the butter. Perfectly sweet with a kiss of vanilla to compliment the buttery pecans; they’re the ultimate cookie to enjoy on a crisp fall day. Meals are better with @KerrygoldUSA. #cookies #foryou #recipevideo
