This is the BEST falafel ever! 🥙 Crunchy on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside 😍 We made homemade gluten free pita bread, a cucumber dill tzatziki with coconut yogurt and also topped the falafel with hummus, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion, red cabbage & black olives. 10/10 🌟 - 🧆 Falafel recipe (makes 23-25 balls): • 2 cups of raw soaked chickpeas (soak overnight) • 1 cup of chopped onion 🧅 • 6 cloves of garlic 🧄 • 2 cups of roughly chopped parsley 🌿 • 1/2 of a habanero, Serra
