We use underwater cameras to capture footage of a white sharks dorsal fin and to identify their sex. Male sharks (like this one!) have claspers as seen in the last few seconds of this clip. Claspers are part of a male white shark's reproductive system. They are scroll shaped appendages that protrude near the shark's pelvic fin.
