An Aberystwyth beach has got a fresh sinkhole just in time for Christmas. The now pock-marked Tanybwlch beach recieved its third sinkhole this month, as authorities try to ascertain who is responsible for fixing it. Ceredigion County Council filled in a hole which appeared in the car park area next to the Ystwyth river this June, whilst the first sinkhole sits unaddressed since 2020.
