Suspect in Welland, Ont., shooting arrested after a nearly 24-hour standoff with police

Police are still warning residents to shelter indoors in parts of Welland, Ontario, after a shooting incident this morning which injured an officer. One female officer has been "shot in the chest" but "she's going to survive," Ontario Premier Doug Ford said during an unrelated event in Buffalo.
