My favorite superset I've been training with lately on chest day is the Incline DB Chest Fly for 8 - 10 reps and then I immediately roll over, hit the floor and try to get 8 to 10 push-ups. Now like I said in the video, the Incline DB Chest Fly is an exercise you use as a warm-up or AFTER heavy bench pressing. So by the time I get here my chest is already absolutely thrashed from heavy benching. So my arms are literally shaking as I do the push-ups due to my body being in such a state of fatigue

What's your favorite triceps exercise? 🦾 Mine is actually the POWERBOMB, the one I speak about in this video. It's one of the few exercises where you can overload your triceps like crazy for a killer workout! Now some of you might prefer a cable ticeps pushdown because it puts less strain on your shoulders. BUT... once you start getting really strong, the weight will begin to life YOU off the ground. So the powerbomb would (at least at this point) become the better option. Keep those shoulders
