Surveillance video shows moment Merced family was kidnapped

14K views · 384 reactions | 600 adult and juvenile rainbow trout were released into the Merced River this morning. The adults were rescued from the river 18 months ago and because of the drought and warm water had to be kept at the Merced River Hatchery where they spawned.
