When it comes to growing the forearms, the biggest bang for your buck muscle group to focus on is the brachioradialis. With that said, many opt to do a hammer curl over a reverse curl because their grip is less of a limiting factor. However, I recommend everyone try a cable reverse curl on a seated row.
