We could tell on FaceTime this dog is in really bad condition. He would blink but couldn’t move a muscle. He was laying in his own vomit and bleeding from his back end. Systemic cruelty in USDA dog breeding kennels is documented. This Poodle came from a USDA breeder who released him after years of breeding mini doodles mixes. His leg was deformed but he was still bred. The Frenchie momma was sold at a dog auction by a USDA breeder in this condition. Inflamed and infected teats. Neither breeder was held accountable.
