A 21-year-old woman from Chicago's Little Village neighborhood is dead after someone fired a shot in a Stone Park, Illinois nightclub that killed her this weekend.Stone Park police were conducting a death investigation late Sunday in the shooting that killed Zulma Pacheco.

A 60-year-old man was killed and a 39-year-old woman was wounded in a domestic-related shooting on the West Side of Chicago, and the incident is under investigation by Area Four detectives.

A man about 60 was dead on the scene, shot in the head, while a 39-year-old woman was left in serious condition at Mount Sinai after the 8:40 a.m. Austin shooting.

Stone Park police confirmed a fight broke out inside the Mansion Nightclub, at 3801 W. Lake St, just before 1:40 a.m. Police said a security guard pulled out a gun and fired once, hitting and killing the 21-year-old Zulma Pacheco.
