Ceremonial cavalry units will be closed down at bases, including one whose horses were showcased during the June 14 military parade in Washington.

"This proposed hotel, with 80 vacation rooms, 30 villas and over 300 parking spaces, is significantly out of scale with the surrounding area," Baraboo resident Jessica Bartley said.
