A 50-year-old woman critically injured in last Sunday's deadly partial collapse of the Family Dollar location on Broadway Boulevard has filed a lawsuit.

Inspectors with OSHA are joining the investigation into a deadly collapse at a Family Dollar store in Kansas City, Missouri.
