The glitter has dimmed at Claire's. The iconic mall store, a haven of first piercings and jewelry for teens, has filed for bankruptcy again. This time, however, the sparkle might be gone for good.

Claire's has filed for bankruptcy for a second time. The accesories retailer, geared toward teens and tweens, previously filed for Chapter 11 in 2018 and currently faces mounting debt.
