We haven’t even reached Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office, and the idea of Stephen A. Smith running for president in 2028 is becoming a legitimate talking point. Smith claims to have no interest in running for president but also says he’s willing to do it if that’s what the American people want.

Two percent is not nothing. Two percent was enough for the topic to justifiably come up during a Smith interview with CNBC Sport’s Alex Sherman, released Wednesday. Smartly, Sherman asked The Question, then got out of the way:
