As President Donald Trump pressures Mexico to address the flow of migrants and drugs heading north into the United States, the Supreme Court is set to hear arguments Tuesday in a major appeal about one thing that’s crossing the border toward Mexico: guns.

The justices will hear arguments in a $10 billion lawsuit by the Mexican government that claims gun makers are complicit in supplying drug cartels.

The country claims Smith & Wesson and other gunmakers are turning a blind eye to hundreds of thousands of high-powered weapons made in the U.S that are illegally trafficked into in the hands of Mexican cartels.
