The Eagles returned to the practice field at the NovaCare Complex on Friday. Tight end Dallas Goedert and center Cam Jurgens both participated despite dealing with concerning injuries.

The Eagles' starting center Jurgens is questionable to play against the Commanders, but Hurts and Goedert are on track to play on Sunday.

Goedert and South Dakota State finished a combined 37-16 during his four played seasons of his collegiate career. He advanced to the FCS semifinals in his final collegiate season, the quarterfinals in his redshirt junior season, the first round as a redshirt sophomore and the second round as a redshirt freshman.
