The Elam last name may sound familiar to Cowboys fans. That’s because the cornerback’s father, Abe, played for Dallas in the 2006 and 2011 seasons. Abe appeared in 31 games during his Cowboys stints, posting 82 total tackles, four tackles for loss and forcing two fumbles.
