A Phoenix cannabis dispensary must rehire an employee terminated for unionizing efforts, a federal labor judge has decided.

A National Labor Relations Board judge ruled that Curaleaf wrongfully dismissed union leader Nick Fredrickson last year.

Curaleaf, which has dispensaries in 14 states, told Patch Wednesday it is aware of the lawsuit. "We categorically deny these allegations and fully intend to defend against this lawsuit.
