Costco warehouses will be open for business on Christmas Eve, but with adjusted hours. Typical store hours are from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with Executive Members permitted to begin shopping at 9 a.m. On Christmas Eve, Costco warehouses will open at 10 a.m. and close doors early at 5 p.m.

On Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, Costco locations in the Phoenix area will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to hours listed online. Executive-level members get access to the store one hour earlier, following a June 2025 change to perks for upper-level membership tiers, according to Costco.

Costco is also taking a break. During the Christmas season, the supermarket giant will close its doors on the designated dates, as announced on its website.

By the weekend, rainfall totals could range between 4 to 8 inches across coastal and valley areas and between 8 to 12 inches across the foothills and mountains, the NWS says.
