LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Human rights activists in Las Vegas have organized a rally and candlelight vigil in honor of Brandon Durham. On Tuesday, Nov. 12, Brandon Durham was shot and killed by a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer after Durham called 911 for help.
