Two West Virginia parents were arrested after a nurse allegedly reported their child was “so malnourished that he doesn’t react to hunger,” according to authorities.

According to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, Alesha Martin, 25, was sentenced to 10 years for willfully poisoning or adulterating food, water or medicine.

The announcement comes just days after the Ravens lost their chance to reach the playoffs.
