WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Governor Laura Kelly issued a statement on Wednesday about a “Black Mass” event scheduled for later this month at the Kansas Statehouse. The Satanic Grotto, an organization for Satanists, has organized the event to be held at the Capitol building in Topeka on March 28.

The group, the Satanic Grotto, will host the event called the “Black Mass” on March 28 at the Kansas State Capitol.
