In 1993, Wu-Tang emerged and left an indelible mark on hip-hop and the music industry as a whole. Inspired by their love for martial arts, they named themselves Wu-Tang Clan, taking inspiration from the 1983 film “Shaolin and Wu-Tang .”
As for the Chef himself, Rae has released six solo albums plus the Wu Massacre project featuring his PNC Ghostface Killah and Method Man. Rae has also appeared in several silver-screen hits, including the hip hop-powered show The Show and the race-baiting flick Black and White, which stars Wu-Tang manager Oliver “Power” Grant.
