Arthur Smith is a candidate to be the New York Jets head coach in 2025. Some may groan at the idea, but there is reason to believe it could work.

Smith served as offensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans under head coach Mike Vrabel. He played a big role in Derrick Henry becoming one of the top running backs in the NFL as well as resurrecting the career of quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

Head Coach Mike Tomlin said the Pittsburgh Steelers would be making big changes on all levels of the organization, including the coaching staff. Initially, Steelers fans were anticipating Defensive Coordinator Teryl Austin to be fired and replaced sometime this week.
