JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The National Weather Service confirmed an EF-1 tornado touched down Sunday in Jessamine County. NWS officials conducted the damage survey at an R.J. Corman Railroad building off U.S. 27. The National Weather Service said the tornado started as a “cold air funnel” that briefly touched the ground.
