Taking to his Instagram Stories on Monday, the third-year Titans quarterback — who has already been ruled out for the 2025 season — shared a wild image of his injured shoulder on the eve of the procedure. “Last night with this lil guy,” the 26-year-old Levis captured the post, which zoomed in on the impacted area.
