Sarah Sherman says she never meant to hurt Aimee Lou Wood's feelings when parodying her appearance in a 'White Lotus' sketch on 'Saturday Night Live.'

Sherman appeared with cartoonishly large teeth in an effort to parody Wood's 'White Lotus' character, Chelsea — a portrayal Wood later called "mean and unfunny"

Back in April, “SNL” aired a parody of “ The White Lotus ” featuring Sherman as an extremely unflattering caricature of Wood’s character, Chelsea. In a recent sit-down with Vanity Fair, Sherman says the sketch was not made with any ill intention.
