A "memorandum of understanding" was reached between the Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton County Tuesday in regards to extending the Bengals' lease at Paycor Stadium prior to the June 30 deadline, as first reported by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

The Bengals and Hamilton County still need to work out the terms of a long-term lease. For now, they have a short-term agreement to improve Paycor Stadium in 2026. Chris Wetterich of the Cincinnati Business Courier (via Sports Business Daily) reports that the Bengals and the league will foot the bill for $120 million of improvements,
