A Battle Creek man accused of throwing two Molotov cocktails at a home has been arraigned. Wednesday, Mylik Williams, 26, was charged five counts of assault with intent to murder, two charges of arson and two charges of aggravated assault,

Officers found a smoldering Molotov cocktail on the front porch when they arrived. The resident told police that this was the second attack of the night, stating a suspect had thrown a Molotov cocktail at the home shortly after midnight, but it failed to ignite and went unreported.
