Border czar Tom Homan met with New York City Mayor Eric Adams on Thursday in a sign of how the Trump administration has its eyes on the country’s biggest city to carry out its immigration enforcement plans.

Tom Homan and Adams appeared side-by-side on “Fox & Friends” a day after the two announced that Adams had agreed to sign an executive order reestablishing an office for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office at the jail.

In an appearance with the mayor on a conservative news show, Tom Homan said he would return to the city if Adams “doesn’t come through.”
