Elon Musk is being sued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over his 2022 Twitter takeover. The agency alleges that the billionaire failed to disclose his ownership of Twitter stock in a timely manner, saving himself at least $150 million “at the expense of shareholders.”

Elon Musk may be the top dog at SpaceX, Tesla, and X (formerly known as Twitter), but people have recently been accusing him of cheating and lying about his status as one of the top players in Diablo IV and Path of Exile 2.

The lawsuit marks the latest salvo in a years-old feud between the SEC and Musk, who has become one of the regulator's highest-profile critics.
