WBO president Gustavo Olivieri announced today that previously undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk has vacated the belt “ [a]fter thoughtful consideration.” Fabio Wardley, formerly the interim champion after lifting the belt from Joseph Parker last month, now holds the full title.
