As NASA prepares for its first moon mission in 50 years, GRU Space is taking reservations for a proposed lunar hotel.
NASA still plans to conduct plenty of tests involving the suit, including parabolic flight, which can simulate the partial gravity of the Moon’s surface. The agency has already put the suit through its paces underwater at NASA’s Neutral Buoyancy Lab.
APL has been awarded one of three new NASA science investigations designed to strengthen humanity’s understanding and exploration of the Moon. The research payloads will be integrated into the agency’s Commercial Lunar Payload Services initiative and Artemis campaign,
