Police release surveillance video of woman last seen with abandoned baby at Penn Station
MIDTOWN, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police released a photo and video of the woman last seen with an abandoned newborn baby girl who was found at Penn Station on Monday. An anonymous tip led police to the child at the station on W. 34th Street and 7th Avenue just before 9:30 a.m.
The boy, believed to be about 3 months old, was found in a stroller at the Dunkin' located on Westchester Avenue near St. Lawrence Avenue.
