NHL cancels Olympic sendoff event. Islanders are set to host All-Star Weekend in '27, AP source says
The NHL has canceled an Olympic sendoff event scheduled for February at the New York Islanders’ arena and plan to hold All-Star Weekend festivities there in 2027, according to two people with knowledge of the situation.
Mike Repole's NOBULL partnered with the NHL as the official training shoe, targeting hockey's culture of strength and the Canadian market through the deal.
