The NFC West didn't see their Week 7 action end until late Monday night, as the Seattle Seahawks played the final game of the week against the Houston Texans. Nothing changed in the standings, as three of the teams won their games, while the Arizona Cardinals lost their fifth consecutive game and remained in last place.
A look at how efficiently teams are playing offensively shows that the Indianapolis Colts are a force to be reckoned with while the Philadelphia Eagles should be worried.

NFC South: Falcons rise up in standings after win over Bills
The Atlanta Falcons won their second consecutive game in Week 6, defeating the Buffalo Bills, 24-14, on Monday night to improve to 3-2 on the season. Not only are the Falcons back over the .500 mark, but they've reclaimed second place in the NFC South.
The Arizona Cardinals are 2-5 and in last place in the NFC West, but the division otherwise has been competitive. Everyone else — the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams — are all 5-2, and the Niners lead the division.
Seven games into the season, the Broncos are currently the No. 3 seed in the AFC, and seven teams from the conference will reach the NFL playoffs. And if Denver wasn't leading the division, its 5-2 record would make the Broncos the top Wild Card seed.
It wasn't pretty, but the Seahawks outlasted the Houston Texans to improve to 5-2 on the year. This isn't over yet. Houston has cut the lead to 27-19 with 2:04 left in the game. Seattle's sloppy 4th quarter continues,
