Your Instagram photos can now be turned into AI images by strangers — unless you change this setting
If you have a public Instagram account, your photos could now be used in a way you never expected. As part of the rollout of its new Muse Image artificial intelligence model, Meta has introduced a feature (1) that lets people generate AI images using another person's public Instagram photos.
Specifically, Mosseri was showing off new ways that users might access Your Algorithm, a feature that allows them to specify which topics they want to see more of, and less of. Instagram launched Your Algorithm last year and has been introducing it to more areas of the app.
