STOCKTON (CBS13) — The 79-year-old man arrested for the murder of a doctor appeared in front of a judge on Thursday along with three other suspects. The fourth suspect was arrested on Wednesday night.

Police are investigating the murder of a retired Lodi doctor, shot to death Wednesday night in front of his home. Police responded to the scene, in the 1100 block of Rivergate Dr., just before 10 p.m.
