Three charged in Dallas bridge gunfire incident face felony assault and firearm charges, with two held on immigration detainers after viral video.

Officers responded to reports of gunfire on Jan. 17 in the 1200 block of Presidio Avenue in southern Dallas. They found that 31-year-old Oscar Saldana was involved in a disturbance in the area when he allegedly shot a weapon into the ground, WFAA previously reported.
