Amare Thomas concluded his first season with the Houston Cougars with a Texas Bowl showing that proved his worth in the system.

The last bowl game scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 27 is the Kinder’s Texas Bowl, and it features the No. 21 Houston Cougars taking on the LSU Tigers at NRG Stadium in Houston.
