Three people were hospitalized and approximately 20 homes damaged following an explosion Monday morning in unincorporated north St. Louis County.

Multiple firefighters responded to the corner of Evan Aire Drive and Belcroft Drive at around 9:15 a.m., where at least one person was seriously injured and three others with minor wounds. 5 On Your Side reporters have been talking with people who live in the area about the frightening moment, some of whom have damage to their homes.
