According to the National Weather Service, the first flakes could fall Saturday between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., leaving a dusting before the precipitation changes to rain. “The snow will be light,” meteorologist Bill Goodman said, adding that areas north and west of New York City can expect up to an inch or two of accumulation.
