Oasis have announced a new reunion tour film to be created and produced by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.

The original series ran on Netflix for six seasons from 2013 to 2022 and, after years of speculation, a “Peaky Blinders” film was officially announced in June 2024. Cillian Murphy will return as star and producer and Tom Harper is set to direct.

The group Oasis announced Thursday that a film will be produced as the band goes out on a reunion tour this year, created and produced by Steven Knight (“Peaky Blinders,” “Locke”) and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace ("Meet Me in the Bathroom").

Steven Knight—the creator of Peaky Blinders and recent Hulu series A Thousand Blows—is on board to produce. The film will be directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, who’ve already made a name for themselves as rockumentary directors.

Despite past rumblings, Oasis will document their 2025 reunion tour with the help of Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight with a new documentary. The documentary film was announced on March 13, 2025.
