DUBAI — Patrick Reed has revealed he has not yet re-signed with LIV Golf weeks out from its 2026 season opener. After winning the Dubai Desert Classic by four shots on Sunday, the former Masters champion said he was still thrashing out the details before LIV Golf Riyadh begins on Feb. 4.

On Sunday, January 24, LIV Golf star Patrick Reed claimed the Hero Dubai Desert Classic 2025. He fired an even-par 72 to finish at 18-under and post a four-shot win over Andy Sullivan.

“I don't plan on stopping,” Patrick Reed said. "If we had to pay fines to still continue to show support on this tour, then so be it.”

Patrick Reed kept everyone at bay and closed with an even-par 72 on Sunday for a four-shot victory in the Dubai Desert Classic, his first European tour title that moves him back into the top 30 in the world for the first time since he joined LIV Golf.

Reed’s new world ranking from the victory puts him in pole position for an invitation to the PGA Championship as well as qualification for the U.S. Open and British Open.
