With Week 1 of the college football season less than two weeks away, the defending champion Ohio State Buckeyes officially named a starting quarterback on Monday. Head coach Ryan Day officially named former five-star recruit Julian Sayin as the team's starter after a neck-and-neck battle with Lincoln Kienholz.
