Morgan Wallen is going to serve time in Tennessee. But not exactly behind bars — and definitely not in a bar. The country singer entered a conditional plea Thursday in Davidson County Circuit Court to two misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment after an April incident where he was arrested on suspicion of throwing a chair from six floors up in downtown Nashville.

Morgan Wallen pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment eight months after he threw a chair from a rooftop in downtown Nashville. The 2024 CMA Entertainer of the Year accepted the plea in person Thursday in court.

After court proceedings, country music star Morgan Wallen will have to attend a DUI education center and serve two years probation after a chair-throwing incident on Lower Broadway this year.
