Lin Chin-Tse is a 12-year-old little leaguer who is currently playing for Chinese Taipei in the Little League World Series. Chin-Tse plays both pitcher and outfield, but he went viral earlier in the tournament for his impressive fastball velocity as a pitcher in a game.
