The rotor of the helicopter from last week's deadly crash has been retrieved from the Hudson River, four days after the devastating accident that killed all six people on board, according to a statement from the National Transportation Safety Board.

The National Transportation Safety Board said on Saturday that the helicopter involved in a crash that killed six people in New York earlier this week was not equipped with any flight recorders and that the accident occurred during the aircraft's eighth flight of the day.

Dive teams returned to the Hudson River on Saturday to try to recover the final pieces of wreckage from Thursday's fatal helicopter crash.
